SmartFlex^® LRP Peristaltic Pump

The SmartFlex LRP series pumps are ideal for low pressure (116 PSI) transfer of mining slurries up to 72% concentration. They are also excellent for reagent metering applications providing accurate dosing up to +/- 1%. The heavy-duty roller design does not require any lubricant. In the event of a hose rupture, the optional leak detector with relay controller will advise of this to the pump control system, advising them to shut down, eliminating the potential of the casing filling with the pumped fluid. The rotor is fully supported by a bearing located directly under the rotor isolating any random forces to the drive mechanism.
